Engine-

Freshly rebuilt a Ford 5.0 HO roller block, bored .030 over with Speed-Pro forged flat top pistons, deck height .020 thousands and compression ratio 10:1. (Estimated 375 Hp) All new ARP bolts (main bolts, rod bolts, cam bolt, head bolts, intake bolts, flywheel bolts, pressure plate bolts, and oil pump bolts), new Melling high volume oil pump. Edelbrock Performer RPM aluminum cylinder heads (port matched) with 1.90 intake valves and 60cc Chamber Size. All new Comp Cams hydraulic roller valve train, including: mild lift roller camshaft, roller lifters, push rods, Pro Magnum Roller Rockers, double roller timing set, and oil pump drive shaft. Weiand Stealth aluminum intake manifold (port matched). Carroll Shelby signature series aluminum valve covers from Unique Performance.  March Performance serpentine deluxe conversion aluminum pulley and bracket kit, new power steering pump, 100 amp chrome 1 wire alternator, polished Sanden SD7 A/C compressor, MSD Pro Billet Distributor, Hedman 1 5/8 inch Long tube Ceramic coated Headers, 2 1/2 inch exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers. Over $250 worth of ARP Stainless 12 point bolts installed under the hood.

Cooling system-

Griffin Aluminum Radiator, new high flow water pump, Chrome and braided hoses, CSR Billet Water neck. 16 inch Be Cool electric fan with Flex-a-lite controller, and (2) 8 inch fans for A/C.

Fuel System-

16 gallon Pro-Street fuel cell with foam and sender, Billet 140 gph fuel pump, Fram in-line fuel filter, Billet regulator with gauge, and 6 AN Braided fuel line with Earl's fittings. The carburetor is a Barry Grant Speed Demon 650 cfm with manual choke, CSR Billet Cable Bracket, Lokar billet accelerator pedal with braided cable.

Transmission-

Freshly rebuilt a Borg Warner T5 World Class (5 speed). Ford Racing 10.5 inch Flywheel, King Cobra Clutch kit, late model Mustang Clutch cable, Pro 5.0 billet aluminum shifter with Chrome Shelby handle.

Rear end-

Freshly rebuilt original Ford 9 inch rear end with all new 3.50 ratio ring and pinion, bearing kit, axle bearings and axle seals; also installed positive traction “traction loc”. Replaced stock rear drum brakes with Wilwood 12 inch disk brake set up. New drive shaft installed.                                                                                                                     
Steering, Suspension and Brakes-

Front and Rear Power Disc Brakes with new power booster, master cylinder, Wilwood Adjustable Proportioning valve, and all new brake lines.  Flaming River Polished Stainless Tilt column, with Wood and Chrome Steering wheel and stainless steering linkage kit.

Front-

Installed a New Heidts Mustang II front end conversion kit with all new tubular steel control arms, coil springs, gas shocks, Power Rack-and-Pinion steering, 11 inch rotors, polished Wilwood 4 piston calipers with stainless braided hoses, and front sway bar.                                                               

 

Rear-

All New Grab-A-Trak 5 Leaf Mid Eye Spring set, KYB Gas-A-Just shocks, rear sway bar, and traction bars. Sub Frame: Maier tubular sub frame connectors. Rear brakes: 12 inch rotors, polished Wilwood 4 piston calipers.

Electrical-

Installed New complete Painless 12 circuit Wiring Harness; all new MSD Pro Billet distributor, MSD 6AL ignition box, and MSD Blaster coil. New Optima battery. New A/C Perfect Fit system from Classic Auto Air with polished compressor. All New Auto Meter Ultra-lite gauges (fuel level, water temp, oil pressure, speedometer, and tachometer). Installed a low oil pressure and high temp warning light in gauge panel “dummy light” to warn of potential engine problems.

Exterior-

Car was media blasted and undercarriage was sprayed with new Lizard Skin undercoating. All new (front fenders L&R, doors L&R, rear quarter panels L&R, inner & outer wheelhouses L&R, left side floor pans front & rear, right side floor pan rear) Maier Racing E body kit from Mustang Depot installed. Wheels: 17x8 Edelbrock 454 with new 245/40/17 Kumho tires. All of the front lights are the correct PIAA lights from Unique Performance. All new rubber weather striping, trim, and seals; all new exterior stainless trim. Chromed door, hood and trunk strikers.

Interior-

All new interior including Mach 1 seat covers front and rear, front seat L&R foam padding, carpet, floor mats, seatbelts, headliner, door scuff plates, handles, knobs, front kick panels, dash pad, dash trim, steering wheel, gauges, shifter, Go Baby Go knob, “ Eleanor “ Nitrous switch, TCP Billet “ Eleanor “ Pedal covers. All new locks (ignition, doors, & trunk). Rear window tinted. Installed Xtreme Dynamat sound deadening padding throughout entire interior to reduce interior noise and seal it from the elements.

Stereo and Security System-

New Blaupunkt Casablanca CD52 AM/FM CD player, 160 watt Pioneer 2 way 6 inch front speakers in custom kick panels, 400 watt Pioneer 5 way 6X9 rear speakers, and a 8 inch Amplified Nitrous-Oxide Inspired Subwoofer Bazooka Bass Tube with 200 watt amplifier and built in crossover. Viper 2way Security System with remote pager, keyless entry, tri zone protection, and auto door lock when car is started/unlock when car turned off.

 

I brought the car to the 2005 World of Wheels in New Orleans, Louisiana and the car won an ”Outstanding in Class” award; Courtney Hansen from TVs ” Overhaulin’ “ stopped for a photo; and on Sunday January 23, 2005 in” The Times-Picayune “ on page B-8, was a article about the World of Wheels car show with two photos of the car.
